Welcome to the 2010 inaugural festival of Babes Burnin' Rubber to Fight Breast Cancer! Because breast cancer affects all of us in some way, we need your help. We are pleased to announce that the Central and South Jersey Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Breastcancer.org will be the beneficiaries of the proceeds of a new event in South Jersey.

Babes Burnin' Rubber Schedule of Events:
The Burnin' Rubber Walk for Breast Cancer
7:00 a.m. Registration
8:00 a.m. Walk Begins
- This walk will take place on the on the Lightning Bolt Track. (approximately 1.5-mile walk)
- The event will include special recognition for breast cancer survivors
- A SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY FOR BREAST CANCER SURVIVORS! Survivors and supporters with dancing rhythm can strut their stuff in an exclusive audition to be held beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the stage near the Registration Area. You may be featured in a Shiragirl video filmed live at the concert and slated to be entered for consideration to be featured on So You Think You Can Dance!
- 9:00 a.m. - Event program including survivor recognition and group yoga
The Burnin' Rubber Festival
10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- The Marketplace will be open with high end vendors and "pink" items
- Local chefs will provide festival food for purchase at the Burnin' Rubber Feast
- Fun Zone will be open with kids' activities
- Author appearances and book signings
The Burnin' Rubber Celebrity Karting Competition
Races begin at 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m.
The Lightning Bolt Track will host local celebrities as they vie for the checkered flag and compete for bragging rights. Celebrities include NBC 10's Luann Kahn and Boxer Bernard Hopkins, Former Atlanta Falcon Jamal Anderson, and Former Philadelphia Eagle Vince Papale (Invincible). More celebrities to be announced.
The Conquer Entertainment Concert for Breast Cancer
5:30 p.m.
This concert in pink follows the VIP/Celebrity Red Carpet Event and will end the day on a high note. Performers include Shiragirl, winner of the Babes Burnin' Rubber Theme Song Contest, Justina, King Charlton and other up and coming Conquer Entertainment artists, DJs and even some local bands. Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series — All day long!
This exciting series provides non-stop action as exotic Daytona Prototypes and thundering GT cars compete at the same time for top honors. Actor Patrick Dempsey will be behind the wheel for the Grand Am action. Also on the schedule is the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, the Ford Mustang Challenge, Skip Barber Pro Series, as well as a Porsche Club Invitational Race.
