World Conference Update for Spanish-speaking UnFranchise® Owners
Hello Market America Business Partners,
This is Carlos Blanco, Market America's Director of Sales for Hispanic Market Development and I want to take a brief moment to let everyone know about some exciting news and events we have planned for you! Our Spanish-speaking base of UnFranchise® Owners continues to grow and one of our collective goals is to grow the number of brand-new Spanish subscriptions by 33 percent per month. Once we reach that threshold, we have the necessary momentum to properly begin expansion into Latin American countries. We're quickly approaching our goal so we're not too far away. Let's continue the great effort!
To help everyone exponentially attract Spanish-speaking UnFranchise® Owners to your teams, we have put together a couple of events in conjunction with World Conference:
- There will be a UBP in Spanish at the host hotel (Hilton Miami Downtown) on Friday, Jan. 29; doors for the UBP open at 7:00 p.m. and the presentation will start promptly at 7:30 p.m. This will be a powerful presentation, so do your best to have brand-new prospects there!
- Immediately following the UBP, we will have a breakout session that will update you with our Spanish language materials and business-building tools. Approximate time for the Breakout session is from 9:00 to 10:30 p.m.
We are aggressively creating tools and training materials that can:
- Serve the prospecting, recruiting and sponsoring needs of existing UnFranchise® Owners.
- Make it simple for Spanish-speaking prospects to understand Market America's products, services and opportunity.
I understand how important Spanish translations are for some of you at World Conference. However, right now we are expecting about 400 Spanish-speaking participants at World Conference and most are either bilingual or understand English at a high level. Although translations would be great we need the number of Spanish-speaking participants to reach to 3,000+ for translations to be justified. I expect this will be the case next year (with your help and commitment, we can easily accomplish this by the end of this year!). Right now, the best use of resources is to continue to expand the marketing materials available to existing and future UnFranchise® Business Owners.
We have a blog to help support Spanish-speaking Customer Managers with links to Conference Calls and Webinars (UnFranchise business presentations and training). Please encourage your Spanish-speaking business partners to subscribe to it so they can be up-to-date with all things Market America. The blog can be found at AprendaMA.com.
When I joined the Market America team five months ago, I left behind a company in which I had invested over 10 years of my life and hundreds of thousands of dollars. Why did I do it? Because in my 20+ years in this industry, I have never seen a company that is better poised and ready to truly dominate in the Hispanic community than Market America is. I know without a shadow of a doubt that success is imminent if we work together and support each other.
