Checking Out Translation Headsets
at Leadership School

In order to speed up the process of checking out translation headsets at Leadership School in Miami, Fla., Feb. 7-9, please print out and complete the checkout form provided through the below link.

Please bring the completed form with you to the Mandarin Convention Services booth at Leadership School, which is located at Section 325, third level of the concourse in the arena.

You must complete one form for each headset you wish to check out, up to a maximum of 10.

All headsets must be returned by the end of Leadership School on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2008. For each unreturned headset, you will be charged a replacement fee of $350 (U.S.).
