Clarification: Gene SNP™ Analysis in New York State
Yesterday’s email described some new information in regards to selling the Gene SNP panels in the state of New York. We want to take this opportunity to clarify one part of that statement.
If you recently purchased a Gene SNP panel, and you live in New York State:
You may still sell the Gene SNP kits to anyone who resides outside the state. If you do not have any intentions of selling the panels to anyone outside of the State of New York, please contact the Professional Services Center at (336) 478-4006, to request a refund. PLEASE NOTE: You MUST contact the Professional Services Center for a return authorization number PRIOR to sending any Gene SNP panels back to Market America.
