Go Pro!
Introducing New Upper Level Training!
In the past, Market America has primarily focused its time and energy on meeting the training needs of new Distributors in Second Looks, Basic Fives, New Distributor Trainings and Local, District and Regional seminars within the NMTSS, as well as our International Convention and Leadership School.
However, due to the overwhelming demand, Market America will hold another two-day Upper Level Training (ULT) in Miami, Fla., Dec. 1-2, 2004. This training will help participants assess and develop their personal leadership and management styles, acquire a higher level of proficiency in organizational growth and development and provide a forum for learned responses to frequently asked questions.
Since the original ULT offering last December, the curriculum has been simplified, improved and expanded. Don’t miss out on the opportunity for an exciting and enriching learning experience taught by President and CEO JR Ridinger and other Management Team members. The Upper Level Training will include instruction and insight in four major categories: Personal Leadership, Personal Management, Organizational Culture and Organizational Growth. In order to be eligible to attend, you must have achieved the Professional Coordinator level or above.
Topics for the ULT include, but are not limited to:
- Moving into New Levels of Leadership
- As a Professional -- New Problems/Challenges
- Principles to Elevate Level Of Leadership
- Principles of Duplication & Leveraging Duplication
- How to be Persuasive
- Handling MLMers/Handling Competition
- Advanced Recruiting
- Binomial Strategy
It will be one of the most powerful workshops we have ever presented. Don’t miss out; be there! The time for you to go pro and become the one-to-one market professional you want to be is now! We’ll see you in Miami.
Professional Coordinators have until Friday, Oct. 1 by 5:00 p.m. to purchase tickets. If seats are still available as of Oct. 4, the Upper Level Training will be opened to Master Coordinators and above. |
